About Tim Weidman

Tim Weidman is the Director at Frankel Technology Services with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He has worked as a technology consultant in a wide variety of industries and has extensive expertise in cybersecurity, network infrastructure and technology strategy.

Tim is passionate about leveraging technology to improve the productivity and efficiency of organizations. He and his team work in a large cross section of industries, making technology a productive aspect of each client’s business.

Although AI is a complex field and there are very few current experts in the field, Tim and his team are working with companies of all industries to prepare for the coming changes that AI will bring to our world.

The Current Political Landscape & Its Impact on Health Insurance Markets -- presented by Dr. Randall Adkins, Professor & Senior Associate Dean, College of Arts & Sciences, University of Nebraska at Omaha

Join Dr. Randall Adkins for an engaging and forward-looking analysis of today’s evolving political landscape and its impact on the health insurance industry. Dr. Adkins will examine the current governing environment, emerging legislative and regulatory priorities, and the political dynamics shaping health insurance policy at the federal and state levels.

This session provides essential insights for health insurance agents and advisors seeking to understand how ongoing political developments may affect the industry. Attendees will gain practical perspectives to help anticipate change, manage risk, and adapt business strategies in a shifting political and economic climate.

Dr. Adkins is a well-known regional expert on American politics and serves as Senior Associate Dean of the Social Sciences and Graduate Education Professor at the University of Nebraska Omaha. He joined the UNO faculty in 2000, with previous teaching experience at Concord College and California University of Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Marshall University and his doctorate from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). His teaching and research focus on campaigns and elections, Congress, and the Presidency.
