This program will provide an in-depth look at the new rules that have been established at the end of 2012 on PPACA and how they impact or have changed PPACA.  You will get a better understanding of how the new regulations will impact the continued implementation of PPACA in Nebraska and Iowa and throughout the United States.  You will gain a greater insight into how the rules are being applied and how this impacts the original cost projections, and how the implementation of the PPACA will impact marketing and business operations of insurance agents and brokers and their business clients.
